History and Experience

Beginnings

Starting with a $10,000 loan, JII was incorporated in Texas in October 1982 by Joe and Jill Wolfskill. Their plan was to create a rep company deeply rooted in its core values: Trust, Excellence, Accountability and Meaning. Over the last 35 years, JII has upheld its reputation against the test of time and is diligently serving their customers in our 5 state region.

Growth

Initially JII served the electric power industry in Texas and Oklahoma and the engineering and construction firms serving them. Based on our quality of service, JII’s service territory has grown to include New Mexico, Arkansas & Louisiana. In addition to territory growth, JII has hired a team of well qualified professional sales and office personnel to ensure proper coverage of the territory.

With over 100 years of combined industry experience, the JII team is prepared to help solve your most demanding challenges.
